This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, replacement, and refund of products purchased from Inara Ethnic, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Uzma Murslin, with its registered office at Flat No-12A01, Premises CGH-01, Sector-135, Noida, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh-201301, India, and operational office at K315 Vivek Vihar, Sector-82, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301, India.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.


1. GENERAL POLICY

At Inara Ethnic, we maintain strict quality control and sell ready-stock products. Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only under specific conditions as defined in this Policy.

We do not offer returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues
  • Color preference differences due to screen variations
  • Personal preference
  • Delay caused by courier partners

Returns are strictly limited to damaged or incorrect products received.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged product; OR
  • You received a wrong product different from your order

AND

  • You notify us within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery; AND
  • You provide valid proof as required under this Policy.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To qualify for any return, replacement, or refund, customers must record a clear, continuous, and unedited video while opening the package.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package with shipping label visible
  • The package being opened from its sealed condition
  • The product inside the package
  • Any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item

The video must be recorded in a single continuous shot without cuts, edits, or interruptions.

This unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Failure to provide a valid and unedited unboxing video will result in automatic rejection of the return, replacement, or refund request.

Inara Ethnic reserves the absolute right to determine the validity of such claims.


4. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Must be unused
  • Must be unworn
  • Must be unwashed
  • Must be in original condition
  • Must include original tags and packaging
  • Must not be damaged by the customer

Products failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted.


5. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Clear unboxing video
  • Photos of the product

We reserve the right to request additional information if necessary.


6. RETURN APPROVAL AND INSPECTION

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Inara Ethnic.

If approved:

  • We may arrange pickup, OR
  • Ask you to ship the product to our operational address.

Once received, the product will be inspected.

If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, it will be rejected.


7. REFUND OPTIONS

Upon approval and successful inspection, refunds may be issued in one of the following forms at the sole discretion of Inara Ethnic:

  • Refund to original payment method; OR
  • Store credit; OR
  • Replacement product (if available)

Refund method will depend on operational feasibility and case circumstances.


8. REFUND TIMELINE

If approved, refunds will be processed within:

  • 7–10 business days after inspection approval

However, the time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Inara Ethnic is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products without unboxing video proof
  • Products returned after 3 days
  • Used, worn, or washed products
  • Products without original tags
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Products returned without approval

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products
  • Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable

11. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

Refunds for COD orders may be issued via:

  • Bank transfer; OR
  • Store credit

Customers must provide correct bank details if required.


12. FRAUD PREVENTION

Inara Ethnic reserves the right to:

  • Reject fraudulent return requests
  • Refuse service to customers with excessive return history
  • Take legal action against fraudulent claims
  • Report fraud to relevant authorities

False claims may result in permanent restriction from using our services.


13. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • Product received was damaged; OR
  • Wrong product was delivered

14. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

Inara Ethnic reserves the absolute right to refuse any return request that does not comply with this Policy.

Our decision shall be final and binding.


15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


16. POLICY ACCEPTANCE
