How long does delivery usually take?

We currently ship across India only.

Estimated delivery time is:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–8 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or your account page. After that, you can relax while your Inara piece makes its way to you.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery may be available on selected orders and serviceable PIN codes.

COD availability depends on your location, order value, and courier serviceability. You will be able to see the available payment options clearly at checkout before placing your order.

However the minimum booking amount for COD will be Rs 500INR

What if the product looks different from the pictures?

At Inara Ethnic, we make every effort to ensure that product colors, embroidery, fabric texture, and fit are shown as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

• Handcrafted or dyed fabric processes

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in original packaging
  • with all tags/accessories included
  • returned within the 7-day window

Please note that sale items and customized products are not returnable or exchangeable.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’ll help you with this calmly and quickly.

To verify the issue, we require:

  • a clear unboxing video
  • product images
  • order number

The unboxing video should start before opening the package and clearly show the product issue. Once verified, Nazrakh will take care of the return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refunds usually take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification.
