This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which orders placed on Inara Ethnic may be cancelled. This Policy is issued by Inara Ethnic, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Uzma Murslin, with its registered office at Flat No-12A01, Premises CGH-01, Sector-135, Noida, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh-201301, India, and operational office at K315 Vivek Vihar, Sector-82, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301, India.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.


1. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Customers may request cancellation of an order only under the following conditions:

  • The cancellation request must be made within 3 hours of placing the order; AND
  • The order must not have been processed, packed, or shipped from our facility.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be permitted under any circumstances.

This policy is necessary because we maintain ready stock and process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.


2. CANCELLATION REQUEST PROCESS

To request order cancellation, customers must contact us through one of the following methods:

Customers must provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Registered phone number or email
  • Cancellation request reason

Cancellation requests will be reviewed and confirmed subject to eligibility.

Cancellation requests made through social media platforms or third-party channels may not be considered valid.


3. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS

Orders cannot be cancelled under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation request made after 3 hours of order placement
  • Order has already been processed or shipped
  • Order is already out for delivery
  • Order has been delivered
  • International orders already dispatched
  • Orders placed using promotional offers or special discounts (may be restricted)

In such cases, customers must refer to our Return and Refund Policy.


4. CANCELLATION BY INARA ETHNIC

Inara Ethnic reserves the absolute right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Payment is incomplete or unsuccessful
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Incorrect pricing due to technical or human error
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Logistical or operational constraints
  • Orders flagged as high-risk by payment gateways or fraud detection systems

If such cancellation occurs after payment has been made, the customer will be eligible for a refund as per applicable terms.


5. REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If an order is successfully cancelled within the allowed time frame, the refund will be processed using one of the following methods at the sole discretion of Inara Ethnic:

  • Refund to original payment method; OR
  • Store credit

Refund processing time:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Inara Ethnic shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.


6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDER CANCELLATION

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Cancellation is allowed only before order shipment
  • If a customer repeatedly cancels or refuses COD orders, Inara Ethnic reserves the right to:
    • Restrict Cash on Delivery option
    • Require prepaid orders only
    • Suspend or block the customer account

This is necessary to prevent operational losses and misuse.


7. FRAUD PREVENTION AND MISUSE

Inara Ethnic reserves the right to:

  • Refuse cancellation requests suspected to be fraudulent
  • Restrict or block customers who abuse cancellation privileges
  • Take legal action against fraudulent activities
  • Report fraud to law enforcement authorities

Any misuse of cancellation policy may result in permanent restriction from using our services.


8. PAYMENT GATEWAY COMPLIANCE

All refunds are processed in accordance with:

  • RBI regulations
  • Payment gateway policies (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Stripe, PhonePe, etc.)
  • Applicable Indian laws

Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider policies.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Inara Ethnic shall not be liable for:

  • Customer failure to request cancellation within allowed timeframe
  • Shipping charges already incurred
  • Operational costs related to order processing

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order.


10. RIGHT TO MODIFY POLICY

Inara Ethnic reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.


11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
